2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Date Bites

I’m always on the quest for finding recipes that are not only simple to make, but also ones that my toddler will like (while helping me avoid having to wash a million of dishes.)

And obviously the nutritional value is important too. 🙂

I whipped up these 2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Date Bites in my food processor the other day and loved how delicious and simple they were.

They’re made with literally TWO ingredients – and you don’t even have to mix anything by hand! It seriously doesn’t get much easier than this.

These 2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Date Bites make an awesome snack for busy mamas at work, for toddlers on the go, or to satisfy that sweet tooth (extra win!)

2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Date Bites

Servings: 12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates (about 18 small)
  • 1/4 cup runny natural peanut butter

Instructions

  • Place ingredient in a food processor and blend until smooth. 
  • Once mixed, roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). 
  • Keep in refrigerator for up to one week.
