Simple Salted Nut & Chocolate Bark
Try this Simple Salted Nut & Chocolate Bark for a simple no-bake way to satisfy a sweet tooth!
Made with ingredients you probably already have on hand – this chocolate bark is a combination of salty and sweet.
Best of all? It takes less than an hour to make and requires no baking of any kind.
I used several different nuts in mine (pecans, walnuts, slivered almonds, and pepitas) but you can play around with the flavors and make it your own.
You can also add additional toppings such as:
- Coconut flakes
- Natural peanut butter
- Almond Butter
- Cranberries
- Pretzels

Melting the Chocolate: I just melted the chocolate in a microwave-safe container by heating it up in 30 second increments and then stirring after each set. It took me 4 – 30 second increments to get all the chocolate chips melted. This may differ for you depending on your microwave.
Roasting the nuts: I love roasting nuts because it makes them even more delicious – but this step isn’t necessary. You can still make this with raw nuts and it will still be amazing. If you decide to roast the nuts though – simply place them in a small baking pan in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes (or until they start to get golden brown).
Storage: It’s best to store in the freezer in an airtight container to keep the chocolate from melting.
