Healthier Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip is by far my favorite dip of all the dips. The problem is, most recipes call for a ton of mayonnaise and serve it with huge loaf of bread.

So, I was on a quest to create a healthier cold Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe that wouldn’t make me feel like I needed to take a nap after eating it.

Even better, this recipe makes a great dip for kiddos to help them eat their veggies. I mean, don’t vegetables always taste better when they’re served with dips?

Simply chop and mix and your Healthier Spinach Artichoke Dip is ready to be served! I love serving it with gluten-free crackers (I love the Simple Mills brand), or raw veggies like celery sticks, carrots, cucumbers or peppers.

Ingredients:

· 10 oz. frozen spinach, unthawed and water removed

· 10 oz. artichokes, chopped

· 8 oz. water chestnuts, diced

· 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

· ½ cup mayo (I like this brand that doesn’t use refined oils)

· 2 tsp. garlic powder

· 2 tsp. onion powder

· Salt, to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and adjust seasonings to preference.

2. Serve with crackers or raw veggies such as carrots, celery sticks, peppers or cucumbers.

3. Enjoy!
