Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayo
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Slivered almonds for topping

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, Greek yogurt, mayo, celery, blueberries, green onion, and garlic in a bowl and mix until ingredients are well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasonings as needed. Add more Greek yogurt or mayo if needed.
  • Top with slivered almonds.
  • Serve in lettuce wraps or tortillas, over greens, or with crackers or raw veggies of choice.
