Use This Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip For:

I love using it as a dip with fruit such as :

  • Apples
  • Strawberries
  • Banana slices
  • Blueberries
  • Peaches
  • Pears
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries

You can also use it as a dip for foods including:

  • Graham crackers
  • Pretzels
  • Plantain chips
  • Apple chips
  • Celery or carrot sticks
  • … or literally just eat by itself!

Ingredients Needed & Tips:

All you need to make this recipe are 4 simple ingredients:

  • Plain Greek yogurt: Opt for full fat Greek yogurt for better flavor, and a plain version since you’ll be adding sweetener to it already.
  • Natural creamy peanut butter: Look for peanut butter with just “peanuts” and “salt” in the ingredient list. See below for peanut substitutions.
  • Raw honey: This type of honey provides more health benefits including immune protection.
  • Cinnamon: Provides additional sweetness and antioxidants. Opt for ceylon cinnamon if you’re able to since it provides a sweeter flavor and provides more antioxidants.

Easy Substitutions & Swaps:

Looking to make this recipe nut-free?

Simply swap the peanut butter for a seed butter such as sunflower seed butter or pumpkin seed butter. 88Acres is a company that provides several flavors of seed butters.

Looking to make this recipe dairy-free?

You can substitute the plain Greek yogurt for any dairy-free yogurts including almond milk yogurt or coconut milk yogurt.

Can you use regular yogurt?

I haven’t tested it with regular yogurt, but prefer using Greek since it’s higher in protein and a thicker consistency.
