3Tbsp.collagen peptides (or your favorite protein powder)
3Tbsp.honey
1tsp.vanilla extract
sea salt flakes, for topping
1/4cupdark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, coconut flour, collagen, honey, and vanilla extract.
Line a 9x9 inch baking dish (or something similar) with parchment paper (this makes for easy removal of the bars). Press mixture down evenly throughout the entire dish.
Sprinkle sea salt flakes and chocolate chips on top (it helps to press down the chocolate chips into the mixture).
Place bars in the freezer for about 1 hour to allow to set.
Remove from freezer and cut into 8 squares.
Keep bars in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks. If you would like the bars more firm, you can also keep them in the freezer and take out as needed.
