Peanut Butter Apple Nachos

Ingredients
4 medium red apples, sliced
1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Instructions
Wash and slice apples. Soak in a large bowl filled with water and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice for 3 minutes (this helps to reduce browning.)
Rinse the apples and place on paper towel to dry.
Once dry, lay apple slices on a serving platter.
Drizzle the peanut butter, coconut flakes, honey, and walnuts on top. Add more ingredients if desired.
