Ingredients
Ingredients for Bottom Layer:
1/3
cup
natural creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp.
coconut oil
4 Tbsp.
cocoa powder
2 Tbsp.
maple syrup
Ingredients for Top Layer:
1/2
cup
natural creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp.
coconut oil
4 Tbsp.
maple syrup
coarse sea salt, to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Take a 12 cup muffin tin and line with muffin liners or spray with coconut oil.
Mix all the bottom layer ingredients in a small saucepan on low-heat and mix well until everything is melted.
Pour mixture into each individual muffin cup.
Next, mix all the ingredients for the top layer into a small saucepan on low-heat and mix until everything is melted.
Pour ingredients on top of the bottom layer.
Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
