I started my first diet at the age of 17, and went through an array of health struggles after that. Everything from gaining 30 pounds in a short amount of time, to going to the extreme and feeling like I had to eat perfectly all the time. Because of my extremes, I experienced adrenal fatigue, having no menstrual cycle to intense PMS, blood sugar swings, cravings, poor digestion, hormonal acne, and having zero energy (literally drinking coffee at 6pm to get me through the evening!)

I eventually came to a period of my health where I had a more balanced approach, wasn’t dieting, and had my energy back. My hormones got back in balance, my PMS was gone, and I could actually eat a cookie without feeling guilty. And it all started with getting to the ROOT CAUSE of why my struggles were even happening in the first place.

I’m passionate about helping women (especially moms) with similar struggles that I had so they can live the life they are meant to live, and show up as the best version of themselves. 

Your eating habits and lifestyle plays a key role in how you feel every single day, and maybe you want to make changes, but you barely have time to schedule a dentist appointment for yourself. That’s why I’ll work with you to create simple, sustainable, and personalized lifestyle changes that fit the season of life you’re in. I always strive to meet my clients where they’re at, and establish effective yet attainable goals that will bring you to your health goals. 

I have a functional nutrition approach, and view health in a holistic way. I believe in nourishing your body with real, wholesome food that it’s designed to run on WITHOUT restriction, breaking the bank, or spending hours in the kitchen.

I’ve worked in the health and wellness field for over 15 years, and have helped thousands of women support their metabolism for better energy, digestion and balanced hormones. I’ve been blessed to run my own private practice for the past 6+ years, and have also held positions as a pediatric dietitian, working in a natural medicine clinic, and freelance writing for popular health and wellness websites. Additionally, I’m the author of “The Blood Sugar Balancing Handbook: Simple Recipes, Proven Methods, and Practical Strategies for Improving Glucose Levels for Non-Diabetics.

I’m based out of Stillwater, Minnesota and offer virtual one-on-one coaching, as well as customized testing for my clients. 

When I’m not chasing my two little ones around the house, I enjoy making up new recipes for my meal planning membership called the Fueled Community, reading anything related to self-help,  going on walks,  practicing yoga, eating peanut butter by the spoonful, and finding any excuse to go to Target (solo, of course!)
