    HERE ⁣ ⬇️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣But first, m HERE ⁣ ⬇️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣But first, make sure to follow @autumn.enloe.nutrition for all things hormone + sustainable weight loss for moms⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣Weight loss is the #1 new year's resolution every single year⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣The problem is many people try to meet that resolution with quick diets, calorie restriction, and working out more ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣INSTEAD, what if you could reach your weight loss goal in a sustainable way WITHOUT counting calories, doing tons of cardio you hate or following strict meal plans?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣If that's your jam, then here's the top 3 things I would do NOW to support support sustainable weight loss before 2025:⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣✔️ Prioritize protein at each meal and snack: This the macro most women are lacking in, and is one that is key for weight loss, to reduce cravings, keeping you feeling full, and improving energy. Aim for a minimum of 20-30 grams of protein at each meal, and half of that at snacks⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣✔️Focus on strength training vs. cardio: Strength training is a great way to build muscle without it being overly stressful on your body. More muscle= more fat burning! Short on time? remember, even 10-15 minutes of a strength training workout is better than nothing⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣✔️Eat breakfast within 1-2 hours of waking up: I know the morning time can be hectic, but one thing I will never skip out on is eating breakfast. This meal sets the foundation for the rest of your day, and if you struggle with low energy, sugar cravings, or have a hard time losing weight - it may be time to look at what you're having (or not having) in the morning⁣⁣. PLUS eating earlier helps you to distribute your calories more evenly during the entire day vs. having the majority of them later in the day ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣Want more ways to support weight loss without depriving yourself?
