Simple Dairy-Free Pumpkin Creamer

This is my absolute favorite season, and not just because I share a name with it.
I love the cooler weather, leaves changing beautiful colors, and all the pumpkin spice options.
I used to love the pumpkin spice lattes at the coffee shops, but you know what I found out? Just a small version of a traditional pumpkin spice latte can have more than 50 GRAMS of sugar. That’s a whole lotta’ sugar in that small little beverage.
So how can you enjoy the delicious pumpkin spice drink without the sugar bomb in your cup? Make your own!
Here’s a delicious and simple dairy-free pumpkin creamer that you can make in minutes, without all the sugar.
Plus, it’s dairy-free for anyone like me who doesn’t tolerate dairy well.
Simply add all ingredients into a mason jar and shake until well mixed. You can also use a blender if you prefer.
Ingredients:
· 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
· ½ cup full fat coconut milk (in a can)
· ¼ cup pumpkin puree
· ½ tsp. cinnamon
· ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
· ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar.
2. Add to your morning coffee and enjoy!
*Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
