I truly believe wellness isn’t a state of mind, it’s a state of action. It’s the little things we do every single day that add up to the big changes over time.

With over 17 years of experience in the wellness field (and more than 11 as a registered dietitian), I’ve helped thousands of women feel their best through a realistic, root-cause approach to nutrition and lifestyle. I began my career in corporate wellness, but it didn’t take long before I wanted to dig deeper — to understand how food truly impacts our hormones, metabolism, and overall health.

While in grad school to become a dietitian, I quickly realized that much of the traditional nutrition advice we were taught was outdated — and in many cases, actually making people unwell. That discovery led me to functional nutrition, where I learned how to identify and address the underlying causes of health issues instead of just treating symptoms.

Many of the challenges my clients face are ones I’ve lived myself — from years of dieting and poor body image, to adrenal fatigue, digestive issues, PMS, amenorrhea, and insulin resistance. I even gained 30 pounds in a short period and learned how to lose it in a healthy, sustainable way — not through restriction, but by healing my metabolism and restoring balance.

And that’s what I help my clients do, too.

I specialize in metabolic and hormone health for women, particularly women over 35 who are juggling careers, motherhood, and everything in between. My approach isn’t about making you feel guilty, or follow strict food rules, or cutting out all your favorite foods.  Just practical, science-backed guidance to help you feel energized, empowered, and thriving.

I’m based out of Stillwater, Minnesota and offer in-depth personalized nutrition support and functional testing through my signature program Healing Hormones Academy, nutrition support through insurance, a la carte services, and a meal plan & education membership called the FUELED Community

My work experience: I’ve been blessed to run my own private practice for the past 8 years, and have also held previous positions as a pediatric dietitian, a dietitian at a natural medicine clinic, and freelance writing for popular health and wellness websites like Healthline. Additionally, I’m the author of “The Blood Sugar Balancing Handbook: Simple Recipes, Proven Methods, and Practical Strategies for Improving Glucose Levels for Non-Diabetics which came out December 24th, 2024. Personal life: I’m a wife and mom to two kids under the age of 10. I enjoy making up new recipes for my meal planning membership called Fueled Community, reading anything related to personal development, going on walks, pottery, practicing yoga, and eating peanut butter by the spoonful.
