I truly believe wellness isn’t a state of mind, it’s a state of action. It’s the little things we do every single day that add up to the big changes over time.
I’ve been a registered dietitian for 10+ years, and have worked in the wellness field for over 15 years. I started my career in corporate wellness, which then lead me to want to dig deeper into the impact food has on our health outcomes. While in grad school to become a registered dietitian, I realized that a lot of the nutrition information we’ve been taught since childhood has just made us more sick. It’s that time I discovered functional nutrition, and started digging deeper into the root cause of our health issues, not just putting a bandaid over the problem.
A lot of the health struggles I’ve been able to help my clients with our the same struggles I’ve experienced myself. Everything from dieting at a young age and working on improving my relationship with food, to adrenal fatigue and digestive issues, to amenorrhea and PMS, to adrenal fatigue and insulin resistance, to gaining 30 pounds in a short amount of time, and losing it all in a healthy and sustainable way.
And what helped me overcome my own personal health struggles was getting to the ROOT CAUSE of why they were happening in the first place.

I have a functional nutrition approach, and view health in a holistic way. I believe in nourishing your body with real, wholesome food that it’s designed to run on WITHOUT restriction, breaking the bank, or spending hours in the kitchen.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have helped thousands of women optimize their metabolism and balance their hormones through sustainable wellness. I’ve been blessed to run my own private practice for the past 7 years, and have also held previous positions as a pediatric dietitian, a dietitian at a natural medicine clinic, and freelance writing for popular health and wellness websites. Additionally, I’m the author of “The Blood Sugar Balancing Handbook: Simple Recipes, Proven Methods, and Practical Strategies for Improving Glucose Levels for Non-Diabetics which came out December 24th, 2024.
I’m based out of Stillwater, Minnesota and offer virtual one-on-one coaching, as well as customized testing for my clients.
When I’m not chasing my two little ones around the house, I enjoy making up new recipes for my meal planning membership called the Fueled Community, reading anything related to self-help, going on walks, practicing yoga, and eating peanut butter by the spoonful.
