Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique to promote healing. It’s a great option for those who feel like they are holding onto negative energy, stress, anxiety, or just looking to improve their overall well-being.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice designed to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance.

During a session, you’ll relax comfortably while I use light touch or hands just above the body to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and promote a deep sense of peace and well-being. Many women seek Reiki when they’re feeling stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply in need of time to reconnect with themselves. It’s a quiet, restorative experience that supports the mind–body connection and creates space for healing, clarity, and renewed energy. Reiki can be a beautiful complement to other wellness practices, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and supported.

Along with being a dietitian, Autumn is certified in Usui Holy Fire Reiki.  

The reiki session is done via zoom or in-person, and you will be given instructions prior to your session.
